Our student residence is the place where you need to be and this is the place where you want to reside. Our residence is a house where you can rent rooms at affordable prices, with a high standard price/quality assurance. We keep our building in good condition and are selective in choosing our tentants. Tentants are a mix of working people and students.

Small and big rooms for rent
This site is easy to use and takes you through the layout of the building, it’s room types, facilities, and floor plans.
All studentrooms share one 23m² kitchen on the first floor of the building, with a nice view, from the balcony at the corner of the building, overlooking the surrounding area. We have small 13m² rooms, with shared shower and toilet and bigger 22m² rooms with privat bathroom. We also have two studio's with sepperate sleepingroom and kitchen. Check out all types here.

we are located in the south of the city, the best area of the city, near many universities and colleges. Department stores are located as close as 400m. Smaller local stores and public busses are just across the street. The main boulevard Amerikalei is just 400m from your doorstep, where more busses and trams are available to all directions.
