Studio 1

We have two studio's in the building, both on the third floor. This is studio 1 with number 31. The studio has a living area with compact kitchen, a seperate sleepingroom and a bathroom. 

The Studio has smoke detectors. All doors, walls and ceilings and are fire retardant, according to the Belgian safety-law. The roof and walls are very good insulated. 

The studio's are not furnished. There is acces to a fast wifi from every location in the building. If you have the need to connect TV, then there is the possibility to get a contract with a local provider. 

Costs of heating, water, internet and fire-insurance of the building are included in the rent. There is a bike parking area on the ground floor.
