Small student rooms for rent

We have several small rooms in the building, each with a little diffirent shape and view. Two small rooms share a shared bathroom and toilet on the first floor or on the second floor. They all share the common kitchen at the first floor. 

All big rooms have smoke detectors. All doors, walls and ceilings and are fire retardant, according to the Belgian safety-law.

Every room has a bed (200c x 90cm), a wardrope and bookcase and a table with chair. There is acces to a fast wifi from every location in the building. If you have the need to connect TV, then there is the possibility to get a contract with a local provider.
