Room Types

All small rooms are approximately 13m². Each room has 2 windows overlooking the street. Every room has 2 central heating elements that keep the room at an average temperature of +/- 21 degrees between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and between 4:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and at night, the heating is set to night mode. On Saturdays and Sundays, the central heating remains operational from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

The rooms are furnished with a bed (200cm x 90cm) and mattress, a wardrobe and bookshelf, chair and table (140cm * 70cm), and a sink with hot and cold water, mirror, and lighting.

 All these costs are included in the rent: hot and cold water, electricity 6A / 1320Watt, room heating, internet, and building fire insurance. No extra hidden costs.

 All rooms have a safety door and lock.

There are 2 showers and 2 toilets shared by a maximum of 5 people. Each of these facilities has a lock on the door to keep it reserved for the individuals renting a small room.

All large rooms are approximately 22m². Each room has 2 or 3 windows overlooking the street. Every room has 2 central heating elements that maintain the room at an average temperature of +/- 21 degrees between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and between 4:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and at night, the heating is set to night mode. On Saturdays and Sundays, the central heating remains operational from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The bathroom also has a heating element.

They are furnished with a bed (200 x 90) and mattress, wardrobe and bookshelf, chair and table (140cm * 70cm), chair, small 2-seater sofa, and a 120L refrigerator.

These costs are included in the rent: hot and cold water, electricity consumption up to 30Kwh/m, room heating, internet, and building fire insurance. Additional electricity usage will be charged. No other hidden costs.

There is a private bathroom of 3m² to 4m² with a shower, toilet, and sink with light and mirror.

Both studios are approximately 28m² to 32m². Each studio has a living room of +/- 13m², a compact kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom of 3m² to 4m². Each room has an adequate number of central heating elements that maintain the room at an average temperature of +/- 21 degrees between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and between 4:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and at night, the heating is set to night mode. On Saturdays and Sundays, the central heating remains operational from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The bathroom also has a heating element.

The studios are unfurnished. Water, room heating, internet, and building fire insurance are included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be set up with the local distributor.

You will have a private bathroom of 3.5m² to 5m² with a shower, your own electric water heater, toilet, and sink with light and mirror.

All rooms have been renovated according to the belgian safety-law. All studio's and rooms have a security door and lock.

Every hall on every floor is equipped with a fire extinguisher. Also every room, utility-room and hall has a smoke detector. In the kitchen, a fire blanket is available. 

The common kitchen is on level 1. The fridge for the small rooms is located in the kitchen and can be locked as well. Common areas are cleaned on regular basis, but we kindly ask you to keep everything clean.
There is free usage of a bike parking area on the groundfloor.

Tenants have to bring their own kitchen applicances, kitchenware, mattress protection covers 200cm x 90cm, towels, bedsheets and blankets. All these things can be bought for economic prices in shops nearby. 

There is a wireless network for internet present with a 3Tb data limit. Credentials to access this network are given at the start of the renting contract.
